Perfect Time To Be Late

I don't even know who this character is anymore, they all seem to blend together. But I know this isn't my newest one. Meh, I'll just say it's a self-portrait in the uniform I wish I could wear, and yes I'm usually late and running everywhere. But I digress.

Anyway, this little thing took longer than expected, mostly because I may have been lazy, I had a bunch of work or that I an't seem to find any of my flipping art pens which all seemed to have 'disappeared'. Must ask my sister about that.
